Group fitness training

LT FIT vs. Traditional Personal Training

LT FIT clients will work out in the private gym with a maximum of 10 other clients participating. A trained coach will be on the floor at all times with the clients assuring safety and proper movements. Your coach will personalize your specific workout to meet your goals and needs!

With Traditional Personal Training, clients will pay per session, which will end up being much more expensive, with a coach who will be with you one on one for a few months.

4 Week Trial

If you want to try group training out but don't want to commit yet than our 4 week trial is the best way to try our program out.

Each client receives an assessment. Your 3-part assessment is done in 3 1-on-1 sessions

All clients receive a customized program based on their goals and assessment.

Group Training sessions are held 6 days per week. Clients have the option to pick which days and times work best for them based on the open gym times.

  • Meet 1 on 1 with a coach once a month to go over lifestyle habits.
  • Monthly assessment
  • When you can't make it to the gym, you can complete your workout at home.
  • ​Use our app to get access to your program
  • Maximum 10 people per class
  • You will never have to train without a coach on the floor.
