What goals have you set for yourself?

Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation.

If you don't have a goal you have nothing to aim for.

One of the main reason why my client Jodi lost 70lbs in 2 years was the fact that she actually had a goal. Everything starts with a goal. If you can't imagine it, you can't acheive it.

Being certified as a fitness professional is just the start of the journey. I thought I was done with school after graduating from college but 25 years later I find that it's still imperative to keep learning about living a healthy life.

Here are the courses that I want to complete within the next 2 years.
