A lot of people lose weight but most people gain the weight right back.
Why do you think this is the case?
I love helping clients lose weight but I want them to sustain it.
Here are 3 tips for achieving sustainable weight loss.
1 Have a longterm perspective.
When you set long term goal it will give you the right perspective and the right mind set. Sustainable weight loss is a life long journey. Living a healthy life is a process. When you start with the right perspective, you can sustain your weight loss.

2 Find Inspiration
Everyone could benefit from a little inspiration from time to time. This is why it's important to surround yourself with the right people. If you are trying to be healtny, make sure you spend more time around your healthy friends or find new friends that are healthy. Maybe you need to join a fitness class or hire a fitness trainer or a health coach for accountability. Just be sure to find ways to get inspirated and stay motivated.
3 Habits is the key.
Motivation comes and goes but the key is having the right habits.
When you develop the right habits it makes all the difference. Habits keeps you going because it's what you are use to doing. This should be the ultimate goal for any lady looking for sustainable weight loss. When eating healthy, exercising, and sleeping becomes a part of your lifestyle, it makes sustaining your weight loss a lot easier.
