Our personal training focus on mothers that are beginners. We want to empower you to move, be healthy, and sustain your weight loss.
Step 1 Consutation
Meet for a consultation. In this session we will take the time to understand more about you. We will uncover your past and ask questions to understand what you are looking for in the future.
Step 2 Assessment
Meet for your Lifestyle and movement assessment. During this session we will test you on a few movements. This will be the deciding factor of your program starting point
Step 3 PERSONALIZED PLAN
After analyzing your results, your LT fitness trainer will craft a training plan to get you started on your fitness journey
Step 4 TRAINING AND REFINEMENT
As you train over time, LT Fit is here to support you in refining your training plan to suit your changing needs or goals
What comes with the program?
- Sessions are 1 hour
- Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
- Text support with questions outside of training sessions.
