If you are looking for group training or one on one training in Pickering, you can decide which program works best for you. Our programs include online fitness training, group fitness training or 1 on 1 training. LT Fit workouts are individually customized for each person. We love helping mothers that are 30 and over. Our goal is to help each client adapt the habits needed to live a healthy life in as well as outside the gym.

Individualized Group Training

4 Week trial 

If you want to try group training out but don't want to committe yet than our 4 week trial is the best way to try our program out.

Each client receives an assessment. Your 3-part assessment is done in 3 1-on-1 sessions

All clients receive a customized program based on their goals and assessment.

Group Training sessions are held 6 days per week. Clients have the option to pick which days and times work best for them based on the open gym times.

  • Meet 1 on 1 with a coach once a month to go over lifestyle habits.
  • Monthly assessment
  • When you can't make it to the gym, you can complete your workout at home.
  • ​Use our app to get access to your program
  • Maximum 10 people per class
  • You will never have to train without a coach on the floor.

6 Months

If you enjoy meeting other ladies in a group environment than our ladies only group fitness training is a great option for you.

Online Training

If you prefer to do all your sessions at home or your live too far from our studio in Pickering, online training would be the best option for you.

LT Fit Online program is the same system we use for our group training and one on one training but it's all done right from home.

We will go through a 3 part assessment with you on zoom to create a customized program for you.

  • Intake Session - To go over your goals and learn more about you.
  • Movement assessment to see what you are able to do.
  • Monthly check-in to see how your program is going.
  • Monthly assessment to monitor your program.
  • A Caring Coach - No judgement
  • Use of our app for workouts and to track progress.
