This is a free challenge for anyone interested in getting moving. You don't need to be in great shape or belong to a gym to commit to this challenge. Nor will you need much equipment. All exercises can be performed with your own body weight or dumbbells.
This 30-Day Fitness Challenge will help get you moving every day.
Challenge Details: Each day you will receive a short workout through our online fitness training app. My workout app will provide you with each exercise and a video demonstration. The first day will consist of strength, the second day endurance and the third day stretch. I designed it this way to allow your body to recovery while being active all 30 days. This will be a great challenge if you are new to working out or if you need a little motivation to stay on track.
How is a winner pick: Whoever completes the most workouts will be entered in a drawing for the prize.
What do I get if I win?
The winner will receive 1 month of online fitness training and 1 health coaching session (valued at $150).
