Get more sleep.
Sleep is very under rated but it's one of the easiest and important ways to allow your body to recover. You want to aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Without the right amount of sleep, your fitness program will suffer. It doesn't really matter how much you exercise or how great your program is if you aren't sleeping enough.

Use a CHIROPRACTOR or Massage Therapist
Chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy are two great way to help your body heal itself. Exercise breaks the muscles down. As you allow your body to heal your muscle cells grow become stronger. Massage and Chiropractic care will help improve the speed of you recovering as well as the function of your body. It's will also allow you to recover faster from injuries as well.

It's pretty hard to recover from exercise if you don't put the right things in your body. Nutrition after workouts is key. A balance meal is very important especially a good complete protein to help repair your muscles.
The goals of recovery nutrition is to dehydrate your body, promote muscle repair and growth, increase adaptation from the training session and support immune fuction.
