Meet the Founder - Lemuel Thomas

Lemuel Thomas has 17 years of experience in personal training. Coach LT is a certified online fitness trainer with The Online Training Academy. He is also certified in nutrition as a Primal Health Coach. Lemuel is the author of Raising the Bar at 50 and Older. Over the course of his career, he has worked with hundreds of clients who have expressed an interest in losing weight, gaining confidence, and finding pain relief solutions.Lemuel has extensive experience in working with beginners who are too timid or embarrassed to set foot in a gym, and he is passionate about sharing the journey with his clients. He adopts a simplistic approach to training, aiming to increase fitness gradually, and show clients that they are able to achieve their fitness goals. Lemuel has an impressive athletic background, having trained for track, football and bodybuilding. He qualified as a UFE Natural Pro Bodybuilder in 2016 and a USBF Natural Pro in 2011. He was also a member for the U.S. Army Reserves for years.​ LT, as his clients know him is inspired by his clients on a daily basis, and he is committed to developing relationships based on trust and respect.

LT Fit provides individualized group fitness training for mothers 30 and over. Every client receives a personalized fitness program in our group training class. At LT Fit we also meet with each client one on one each month to go over nutrition and lifestyle changes. Clients receive a fitness assessment at the start to ensure your fitness program is customized for you. We will continue to assess you to ensure that the right adjustments are made in your personalized fitness program. Lemuel Thomas has an innate desire to achieve. He has been an athlete for as long as he can remember, and his drive is clear to see. Lemuel commits time and energy to his clients, and the aim is to show them that they can achieve anything with the right mindset and access to support and guidance.When you’re a beginner, it’s very easy to doubt yourself, and LT is keen to keep things simple. The aim is not to introduce as many fancy, newfangled techniques as possible, but to focus on increasing fitness, losing weight and changing your mindset step by step. Lemuel is keen to promote regular exercise as a means of improving your health and wellbeing, making you feel better about yourself and opening you up to opportunities you may have let pass you by in the past. If you tend to make excuses, you’ve tried and failed to lose weight before, or you struggle with a lack of confidence, he can help you to overcome these obstacles and ensure you look forward to a brighter, better future. Based in Pickering, Ontario, LT Fit offers fit for purpose personal training services, individualized group fitness training sessions and online training packages. Every client is given a fitness assessment before the start of training. Tailored nutritional advice is provided, and clients also have access to software and apps that enable them to track their progress. ​

Group Training sessions are held 6 days per week. Clients have the option to pick which days and times work best for them based on the open gym times.

  • Monthly assessment
  • When you can't make it to the gym, you can complete your workout at home.

  • Maximum 10 people per class
